Shipping is a flat rate if you buy 1 Tuber\cutting or 20.
Placing multiple orders from this sale? There is a simple $7 combine order fee you need to use instead of the standard $18 shipping fee.
YOU are now responsible to use this discount. We WON"T manually refund/Combine shipping fees.
If a dahlia variety says limit 1, it means 1 per household, per season (2026)
Example: Do not purchase "Unicorn" If you have already purchased it from a previous sale.
Abusing the limits or shipping discounts will run you the risk of getting ALL orders cancelled

We have had someone use a BOT to shop in the past.
A completely unfair advantage... don't try it! We will find out and let other farmers become aware of who you are..
 
Do NOT ORDER FROM US IF..
#1: ​You plan to Move during shipping season. We will not manually adjust addresses. You must forward your own mail through your post office. 
#2. You plan to vacation during shipping season. We cannot keep track of 6000 people and their vacation schedules. 
#3. You think Tubers need to win a beauty contest.  Tubers can be FUGLY.
They still produce beautiful plants and blooms. 
Refunds will only be given for rotted, frozen, or broken Tubers/cuttings via a photo proof email.
Photo must show original packaging with cultivar tag and damaged plant material.

In the event of a mislabeled tuber or cutting we must be notified by September 30th same year of purchase through our email.

The above email is the only place we customer relations.
We need to see the tag the tuber or cutting in question came with from us. Along with the photo of the bloom in question.
We WILL make it right if we've made a mistake. No one is perfect and we are not either. It happens.
We will replace the mislabel with the correct cultivar either in the fall of the same year, or spring of the following year.
In the event we no longer grow or carry the particular variety, we will refund or offer and equal valued substitute. 
All claims of tubers/cuttings must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.
NOTICE: Posting photos of your tubers or Rooted Cuttings on social media before contacting AND receiving a response from Kennedy Hill Farm will VOID your Refund-Replacement request.

 We will happily evaluate photos and give advice, or solutions without the help of keyboard warriors of the world.
Virus Policy
​No refunds will be given for dahlias (Tubers or cuttings) affected by virus beyond 24 hour of receiving.
Gall is not common, but not eradicated. We do import dahlias, and grow them out in pots. We will not sell them until one full year with zero signs of gall. This is not a guarantee. We will however issue credit on a tuber or cutting purchased from us showing clear signs only if you grew them in a pot. NOT in your farm ground. We cannot help you if you not practice quarantine of new varieties like we do. 
All our varieties are carefully inspected before harvesting, tubers, while growing cuttings and before they are shipped to you.
We do test many varieties, but not all varieties.
When a a cutting leaves our farm it is presented to be healthy visually.
We are not responsible for issues that arise on your property after purchase.

The site will be unavailable just before the sale while we load inventory.
Cancelation Policy: Orders Canceled for any reason are subject to a 20% restock fee.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days of request.
Refunds are only given for rotted or frozen cuttings/Tubers with photo proof within 24 hours for USPS or UPS delivery notice.
We promise there are eyes on every tuber.
Refunds are not given because you cannot see eyes upon arrival.
All tubers and cuttings for sale have been grown by us! We have excellent sanitary practices and cull hard.
